UI bug happened AGAIN

My healthcare is glowing constantly again, it it doesn't go away. This happened a few weeks ago before and I had to make a char last time. Is there any hope you guys will finally fix it?
Tried everything. Turned off adding, reinstalled game etc.

its not supposed to glow all the time though. Only when eaten. It doesn't go away anyways even if no food is active.
