Hey guys, I have a question about menders ward staff (blackrose prison staff) is the major vitality applied BEFORE the ward? (so does the first cast of stasfast ward benefit from major vitality?) or major vitality is applied after first cast of steadfast ward?

Buff applied after first cast, so the first cast of ward does not benefit from major vitality.
