Warden healing skills seem to be costing health now instead of magicka?

When I use Green Balance healing skills, it seems that they take a little bit of my health. Very strange bug.

✭✭✭✭✭Is it consistently making you lose health whenever you cast the skill or only ever so often? Casting Green Balance skills will make you appear to lose health if you don't currently have minor toughness, since minor toughness' application only increases your max health, it does not heal you to match the % health to what your new health is.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.
