✭✭✭IC SHOULD be the premier pvp zone for small scale and solo players
-very limited riding around
-lots of money to be made through tel var and ap
What's holding it back
-not being able to rez in any zone regardless of who holds flags (dissuade pushing people out of the zone)
-rule changes for tel var where you can only take up to half of what someone holds if you are carrying the same or greater amount (dissuade only gankers going)
-rule changes for queuing out into the other ic (dissuade cowards)
-rule changes for 5x at 25,000 and 6x at 50,000 (encourage people carrying a lot)
-limit group size to 4 and make everyone else an enemy (dissuade large unkillable groups, encourage lots of fighting)
