Pummeling Goliath - Special Bash attack has no animation and can be spammed to hell and back

Is it intended? It's been a while since i played my necro, but as far as I remember, it wasn't spammable like that. My toon isn't even that strong and I could easily melt hordes of mobs. What gives?

Is this overland mobs? Because that is hardly noteworthy IMO.

Now if you are melting hordes of vet trial 'banners' on a single 20s ulti activation that is different.
