I don't know why ZOS considers green furnishing plans more valuable than blue or purple ones.
Some green furnishing plans from the new series are almost impossible to find.
Some have unattainable prices, as perhaps there is only one or two in all of Tamriel.
Others don't exist, or the only example has been purchased and therefore are not for sale.
ZOS does it seem fair to you? The prices of many items have plummeted, but some green furnishing plans remain an elitist dream.
Can we please ensure there is more consistency and uniformity in the drop rate of these items?
