My faction & faction progress has been erased, I was in Glittering Goad and at 5k faction points. My buddy has the same issue, he was part of Thousand Eyes.

No favor being given for quest turn in and starting quest showed up for my alts.

X-BOX NA. Same here. Logged in, GF lagging, no faction points, starter quest available, and can't buy from merchant (states I either am not in a faction or have enough points: I have over 5000.)

Any further news as to when lost favor will be restored? Xbox Na , glitch occurred on may 16th , have done all usual reset things and submitted a ticket.

My husband got on about an hour ago and went from 6 thousand something favor to 0. This issue really is an inconvenience when you are trying to build favor

Now the group finder isn't working and his favor still isn't what its showing on the golden pursuit quest

@ZoS_Kevin my husband is still having an issue with his favor. In the house it let him unlock the bank which requires 5000 favor but at the merchant wont let him purchase anything because its only showing he has 710 favor. When he has over 6 thousand. Is this still being looked into? Im sorry for all the posts its just very frustrating for him when hes trying to get to 10000

This just happened to 3/4 members of my group. My favor froze and won't update at 9880, despite getting the 10k favor achievement. My other 3 group members have lost faction membership and can't rejoin. The curator is offering the starting quest to them but they can't complete it; people they are supposed to talk to aren't appearing.

It is happening to more people than just us as well. People in zone are reporting the same issue. It seems to has happened to us en masse about 10 minutes ago.

So sorry for the triple post, for some reason I can't see where to edit.

But in any case, wanted to correct that I also am not considered to be in a faction. I am unable to purchase any faction-locked items, and it says I need to join the Thousand Eyes to purchase. I was absolutely a member of the Thousand Eyes a half an hour ago.

This has completely prevented dailies of any sort to spawn as well.

I also wanted to add that this is not a faction-specific bug. The group of 4 I mentioned previously, we represent all 3 factions.

I hope that is addressed urgently. I can't really think of a more serious bug to have happen in this event, and it definitely seems to be affecting many, many people. I have seen at least 5 others mention it in various chats.

A lot of people still havent received any fix for the first time this happened. If this bug is causing such consternation and is going to be a regular thing this season, then zos need to consider some drastic compensation.

This bug is back today May 25! I can't believe it. After loosing well over 10K favor the first time and not able to get it back I grinded out the 10K again so I could shop at the vendor. Now when I log in and go to the night market this morning have no favor and Dorfifar is missing. This is beyond annoying. Zos could not give me back my favor (why not??!) the first time it happened they gave me 5 Tonics instead. I forced myself to do the group play which was painful the second time around as I am a solo player and groups were harder to find especially good ones. I only used one of the tonics. I can't do this again. Please fix this and recover my favor Zos.
