Gee, both of those houses were available in the crown store pretty recently. That's disappointing. I'm again asking we get more than two returning houses every month. It takes actual years to cycle through to the older stuff, and even longer when some houses get preferential rotations, returning every year instead and crowding out the other houses.

I don't know if it's polite to request returning items, but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. If anyone's listening, I'm really wanting to pick up:

Gladesong Arboretum
Colossal Aldmeri Grotto
Agony's Ascent

I made a character that is pretty-much a beach bum. I want a house for him with a nice beach. As far as I can see, the *only* house that would suit is the Fogbreak Lighthouse. I would have bought this house for him *without hesitation* if it was available. But it is not. It usually is this time of the year.

I don't know why these houses are not just always available. By the time it does become available there is a good chance I will have moved on to one of my other nine toons, or even made another! They will probably want a different house, if they don't have one already, and then you will not get my money.

This, by the way, is my beach bum. He loves fishing and jumping into the sea from great heights.

I like several of the items in this showcase, especially the Morrowind/Azura-themed furnishings. The art team keeps making things people clearly want.

That said, the Crown Store rotation still feels much more restrictive than it needs to be, especially for houses. When only a couple of homes return each month, and some of them were available fairly recently, older houses can take years to cycle back. That is frustrating for players who are ready to buy something specific right now.

Housing is often tied to a character idea, guild idea, or current project. If someone has a beach-themed character and wants Fogbreak Lighthouse, or has been waiting years for Grand Topal Hideaway, the answer being “maybe next year” does not create excitement. It often just means the player moves on and the sale is missed.

I think the Crown Store would be better if returning houses had a larger monthly rotation, or if older houses were available through some kind of archive/category system. Limited-time items can still exist, but the current scarcity feels excessive when players are literally asking for chances to spend crowns.

Same goes for older crates, assistants, and niche cosmetics. More predictable returning availability would make the store feel less frustrating and probably lead to more purchases, not fewer.
