Game Launches in the Little Launcher Window Instead of in a new Fullscreen Window

I'm running a new Bazzite install but I remember having this issue years ago in Windows and forget how I resolved it. The game launches in the little launcher window instead of in a new fullscreen window even though the in-game setting is set to fullscreen.

ZomZom✭✭✭Update: I fixed the issue by pasting PROTON_PREFER_SDL=1 %command% into Steam's launch options box for ESO.0
