Granted excess subscription currencies?

I was affected by the issue which resulted in many people losing access to ESO plus functionality recently. My plus perks have been restored, thankfully, but when they were restored a week ago I noticed I had also been granted excess currency. I had purchased a three month subscription in late March and opened a ticket soon after when I didn't receive the crowns that should have been included. I was granted the three months worth of crowns in March after providing proof of purchase. Last week, I was granted another sum of crowns and tome tokens/caches when providing proof of purchase again in order to resolve the issue with ESO plus functionality. What am I to do with the excess crowns my account was granted? I'm hesitant to spend them since they aren't rightfully mine and I don't want to risk punishment due to an error.

    Tbh, it should be addressed directly to support. What do you expect form other player say to you on this matter?

    I spoke to a GM and they said it's safe to give me the crowns.

    I tried addressing it with support and haven't heard back about my ticket for like a week.

    You can try to lure @ZOS_Kevin ZOS_GregoryV, but you need to provide ticket number and all they can do is to make sure your ticket is in a queue and tell you need to wait a little bit. But still, I would say with 99% confidence, it is not something forum can and should help you with. Also, you can send messages every 3-4 days in support thread to be sure it will not be automatically closed :) Support used to be much better.

    Whilst we as players cannot solve this issue for you, we can offer advice, sometimes based on personal experience.

    My advice would be do not spend those extra Crowns until someone who works for ZoS explicitly tells you they are yours and it is ok to use them.

    Tagging a couple of mods for you @ZOS_Kevin (sorry Kevin 😁) @ZOS_CouchTato can you help resolve this issue?
