Parch mob glass shard not dropping, need advicr

I'm 1 shard away from the desert glass fan but for some reason the shard just isn't dropping. I must've killed several thousand mobs at this point but nothing and I'm at a loss wondering if I'm bugged somehow or it's not just me . Any advice?

I got mine from doing skirmishes. There are skirmish groups in lfg. I was in a couple of failed groups befirse i found a good big group and the skirmish was active. We did the parch and sorrows friend it was fun.

I found some instances (layers) of NM are still bugged.
One has a wandering duneripper boss with all the parts killed and only slimes respawning inside. It is killable as intended in other layers.
A few have no faceted mobs respawning in any of the districts. I did many circles around, but any respawned stack didn't generate a faceted mob. While there are groups who farm faceted in other layers with no problem.
Maybe the same happens with a shard drop. I would try to join different groups in GF and run 5-10min with them, then switch to another one, etc. This way you'll jump to different layers and may find a layer where you get the drop.

Also, I would try to check your inventory. I know, I know, but I would check anyway.
That happened, people sometimes kept farming for the fragment while it was already in their pack, so it didn't drop anymore.
