Why are there so many 4 eared cats?

Ok, so it's a very niche compaint, but I really like to collect various cat pets, and the only thing that kind of irks me is that all cats that use the "fluffy" model seem to have 4 ears. I know that it is supposedly a rare condition, and nothing against it, but I would like to see more cats with regular number of ears.

✭✭✭✭✭You’re not alone. I’m disappointed every time we get a new 4-eared cat. I don’t like mutations that give animals more features than what they have by default, such as 4 ears and polydactyly. Nothing against anyone with such mutations, my problem is with the concept of them being cute in pets, therefore a desirable trait, therefore pets are bred intentionally to have more with that trait. I dislike the four eared cats and disagree that they are the only cute ones.....
This is the cutest cat by far imo!
