    I know you saw it, but it's been a few years and others might not have.

    Having dealt with a similarly disturbing pattern regarding handling of major issues from Support myself for over a year and a half now (CMs, please check your DMs), I think there's a severe disconnect between ZOS and Support. I suspect it's only getting worse as so many jobs were cut.
