Champion point bug

I am not able to set or choose my Enlivening OverFlow on my healer. I maxed it out to 50 and I can’t select that skill for my character. The blue ring won’t even appear when I try to select it. I have tried clearing my saved data and it’s not working! Can someone fix this? My character is Champion 2242 and that skill is maxed out.

If you could also provide a video, just so we can see what is happening on your end. We just had someone from our team test and they were able to slot the champion point with no issue.

I am not still not able too and I sent a video! Also I just uninstalled my game and reinstalled, not working! Ticket number 260505-001515
