  "At the end of the Night Market event period, the reward mail you get will have a loot box that contains one faction helm and one faction shoulder piece. It's curated to give you something you haven't yet gotten by completing the Opulent Ordeal or by purchasing from your faction vendor.
  
  You can complete the Opulent Ordeal trial as many times as you like for a shot at the specific helm weight you want. And you are able to purchase curated containers with the shoulder pieces from your faction vendor. So you should be able to get the weight you want by the end of the event! The end-of-event reward mail is just one final way."
