The skirmish timers, at least how they show up on the maps, is bugged. I've been in a large group, where all of our maps say different things. One will say it's active in Skittering, but it isn't. Bob's will say it'll be up in 10 minutes in the Parch, but mine says the Parch is Inactive, and Sally's says it'll be up in 30 minutes on Sorrow. We check Parch and Sorrow when the maps say, and they don't launch.

Sometimes they are right, but we're having better luck finding them by calling out in zone chat.
