Faction Q in Night Market.

I can't get my main Q (Feed Your Curiosity) for my chosen faction, which is a bit annoying because I want to register it in Golden Pursuits. Is anyone else having a similar problem?

And it's absolutely impossible to unlock the “District Adept” achievement—I wonder what they were thinking here? I guess we just have to accept it, but it's a bit of a bummer.
