In the quest Missing Persons, Qadbr dosen't appear...
I searched the entire area. His body is nowhere to be found.

OccultNerd✭✭✭The body is definitely there I found it earlier, but can't say where it was on the map as I was just running around like an idiot and came across it, it was tucked in a corner with mobs quite close.17xx CP PC/NA

No luck for me. I've had this quest since Day One. Fond one of them on that day. Found a second one on Day Two. Been looking for Qadbr each day since. There is no quest marker at the location as shown in your screenshot. I have quit the game and logged back in. Still nothing. If I have to abandon this quest to get it to work I am not interested in completing.
Night Market is fun but all the bugs/ glitches are ruining my experience.
EDIT/ UPDATE:
I was able to complete this quest on an alt but still cannot complete it on my main. I'll leave it at that. Thank you for pointing out the location. Much obliged.Edited by Horace-Wimp on 2 May 2026 20:151 -

✭I got this quest again today. And it's particularly annoying.
Qadbr wasn't in the same location! And I have the feeling he's much more hidden than the other two...
I found him in a different opening in the area where he's supposed to be. Check every building "entrance," a door, a crack in a wall, or a cave entrance. It is only indicated when approaching.> Wiki spécialisé sur Cyrodiil / en cour de rédaction <

LouisaB75✭✭✭✭A number of these quests seem to have different locations each time. I found one body on a table the first time, but not today, he was in that cave entrance which I only found thanks to this thread.
Was also using a map guide for the burn propaganda and one of those was nowhere near the marker on the guide map.0
