Night's Den, you get it for free after completing the Night Market introductory quest.

I love this house for my loot goblin character!

Does anyone know if the unlocks for banners are one time only? The bank requires 5000 favor - is that permanent? Or do I have to do it every time Night Market comes?

Same with banners - they are 2000 favor. Do these go away each season as you change factions?

I had a real laugh with that. My main account (PC NA) is pretty well-off, so treasure piled to the ceiling. My alt account (also PC NA) is not-so-much with one little pile to admire. The EU characters on those two are busy trying to keep the cobwebs clear.

I absolutely love the house, especially how it's decorated. There's a great atmosphere with the subtle coloured lighting and the vault etc are just cool polishing touches. It's thoughtful to have decorations in place so we have a starting point and the packs of other deco are very welcome.

I love decorating, but this feels like a home you can just start using and add personal bits and pieces as you're ready, which I appreciate.

Little Sereyne is most appreciative of the bar. I might find her swinging from the curtains later, but she has at least stopped complaining about the lack of wine!

I find the layout to be too open and plain. I may end up putting in walls and making smaller rooms, but right now I don't have any plans for it.

I didn't realize the vault had more riches in it depending on how much gold we have. Mine is filled pretty high up so I guess I'm better off than I knew! But how do we have banker access from the vault?

I think it's ok for a free house unlocked by an intro quest, it's basically this release's inn room and by that standard it's huge. But I think my favourite thing about it is that it has several rugs I'd been planning on tracking down for another house, and now I can just use these ones.

I was kind of disappointed with the one I unlocked, but then relieved that it means I'm not worried if I don't get the other two. I thought it might be like that Elseweyr house where each of the wings is huge and quite distinct.

The bank access is on one of the walls in the vault room (face the pile o' gold vault, and turn to the wall to the right). It unlocks after earning a certain amount of favor with your faction. (5000, if I recall correctly.)

I was so pleased to receive more Maormer rugs from the Thousand Eyes achievement coffer! Can't get enough of those.

I put a couple of skeletons and bodies in the vault just for the hilarity. Maybe they were trying to rob my vault, or were tasked to put things in there and met their untimely demise. I just know I'm gonna be usin' the heck out of that bank. I just got that part unlocked today, but admittedly, I haven't been hitting the Night Market as hard as I'd have liked.

I just went and looked and the only rugs I see are Elsweyr and Redguard. I guess the other styles aren't part of the base part of the house.

What is showing up in the vault and how much of it do you have to have for it to be visible?

It looks empty for me on the EU server, where I have all sorts of stuff accumulated since I started playing when the game first came out. On the NA server, where I happen to hold over 60 mill gold, part of the room seems filled with piles of gold coins. But that's maybe 1/3rd, the rest is empty.

There are 10 appearance stages, capping out at 7 Mil (as per a user submitted study in another thread).

Hoping that the guild banker will be accessible in the future with a special furniture in other houses as well, because this house is just the superior house right now. Time will tell.
