What happens to the Night's Den when the Market isn't active?

I read that the Night Market isn't going to be active all the time, so what will happen to the Night's Den house during it's inactive times? Will it still be accessible? Or only when the Night Market is active?

Apparently it will still be accessible, but that's based on my reading of a fansite and I haven't seen any comment from ZOS. Why they didn't make the position clear in the introductory article explaining everything else about the house I can't imagine, as it must be blindingly obvious that people would ask the question.

I can travel to it through the Fargrave map. And there‘s an option to travel in your home collection.

Night's Den will remain accessible from the Fargrave map or under Collections -> Houses. If you were to exit the house while Night Market isn't active, I assume it would return you to your location in the overland in a similar way if you have a house in a DLC zone that you don't own.

Well on my map (the north eastern part of Fargrave) there is a home icon to travel to.

It should function just like any house you bought from the Crown Store which exits into a zone you don't have access to: it returns you to wherever you entered the house from. I can't check it on PTS because my EU characters didn't do Night Market when U49 was up last quarter, but you own the house and it remains accessible even if Night Market isn't running.

The house icon is almost touching the Night Market icon.

I couldn't see it yesterday but I will look again when I log in today. I wonder if we have to discover it before it shows up on the map like it does with some other houses.

You probably also have to add the house to your favorites for it to show up on the map.

Oh I see it now. But it's icon is mostly hidden behind the Night Market icon.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Could the icon for this house be moved over to the left some so it is easier to see?

Yes, you have to discover it before it shows up, even after you've bought it.

If you click on the shambles (the top half of the zone) the map zooms in and the icon is clearer.

Now that I know where to find it I won't have a problem. But I heard others asking in game where this house was because they couldn't find it on the map, so it should be more visible.
