AI Overview
To play 10 distinct characters across both NA and EU servers without repetition, divide the seven current classes (Arcanist, Necromancer, Warden, Templar, Sorcerer, Nightblade, Dragonknight) by role, utilizing the Armory System for diversity. Use high-performance race/class combos to maximize efficiency on each server, creating 7 unique main characters and 3 highly specialized alts per server.
Server A (e.g., NA - Focus on Stamina/Physical Damage + Utility)

Stamina Arcanist (High damage, versatile)
Stamina Dragonknight (Best poison/DoT DPS)
Stamina Necromancer (Major Vulnerability support)
Stamina Templar (Strong AoE damage)
Stamina Sorcerer (High speed/burst)
Stamina Nightblade (High single target)
Stamina Warden (Strong PvP/Utility)
Tank: Nord Dragonknight (Ultimate generation)
Healer: Argonian Warden (High healing output)
Crafter/Alternative: Orc Necromancer

Server B (e.g., EU - Focus on Magicka/Ranged Damage + Survivability)

Magicka Arcanist (Best overall AOE)
Magicka Sorcerer (Best for beginners/shielding)
Magicka Templar (Best for solo play/healing)
Magicka Necromancer (Great ranged support)
Magicka Nightblade (Best for PvP/vampire gameplay)
Magicka Warden (Versatile support)
Magicka Dragonknight (Unique fire playstyle)
Tank: Imperial Necromancer (High survivability)
Healer: Breton Templar (Magicka sustain)
Crafter/Alternative: High Elf Sorcerer

Tip: Maximize the ESO Armory Station (free in Crown Store) to have one PvE set and one PvP set per character without re-speccing.
Limitation: Remember that characters, gold, items, and Crown Store purchases are not shared between NA and EU servers.

AND then i chose dive deeper which gives almost always a slightly different answer

To maximize variety without repeating any race-class combinations across the North American (NA) and European (EU) servers, you can utilize all seven existing classes and the 10 playable races.
Since you have 20 total character slots (10 per server), you will need to repeat both races and classes eventually, but you can ensure each individual combination is unique.
Server 1: North American (NA)
This mix focuses on classic archetypes and versatile racial passives often preferred for PvE and general group content.

High Elf Sorcerer: Excellent for Magicka damage and sustain.
Nord Dragonknight: A top-tier tank choice with high resistance and ultimate generation.
Breton Templar: Strongest healer synergy with high Magicka cost reduction.
Khajiit Nightblade: Ideal for critical damage in both Stamina and Magicka builds.
Orc Arcanist: High weapon damage and stamina pools for the newest class.
Argonian Warden: Highly effective for nature-based healing and tanking.
Dark Elf Necromancer: Versatile for any role, switching easily between Stamina and Magicka.
Wood Elf Arcanist: Specialized for Stamina DPS with high penetration and movement speed.
Imperial Templar: A durable "Paladin" style build great for soloing.
Redguard Dragonknight: Superior stamina management for a pure brawler playstyle.

Server 2: European (EU)
This server's roster uses the remaining racial combinations and swaps class roles to give you a fresh gameplay experience on a different server.

Dark Elf Sorcerer: A "power-house" DPS that rivals High Elves for Magicka.
Imperial Dragonknight: The ultimate tanking race for stamina and health pools.
High Elf Templar: Massive raw damage output for a Magicka-based fighter.
Wood Elf Nightblade: The classic "stealth archer" with high stamina recovery.
Breton Arcanist: Perfect for a support-focused Arcanist with high sustain.
Nord Warden: A thematic "ice tank" that utilizes the Nord's cold resistance and tankiness.
Khajiit Necromancer: Excellent for endgame trials due to high critical damage passives.
Argonian Templar: A highly resilient healer with superior potion-based sustain.
Orc Dragonknight: Pure raw power for a "berserker" Stamina DPS.
Redguard Nightblade: Continuous sustain for fast-paced, high-pressure combat.

Would you like a specific breakdown of weapons and skill lines for any of these combinations to further differentiate them?

YES!

To further differentiate your 20 unique characters across both servers, you can assign them specific roles—such as Healer, Tank, or Damage Dealer (DPS)—and pair them with the weapon skill lines and class abilities that best suit their racial passives.
Server 1: North American (NA) Roles
This server uses "Meta" pairings, focusing on maximizing each race's natural strengths for high-end group content.

High Elf Sorcerer (Magicka DPS):
Primary Weapons: Destruction Staff (Lightning or Inferno) on both bars.
Core Skills: Crystal Fragments, Daedric Curse, and Elemental Blockade.
Nord Dragonknight (Main Tank):
Primary Weapons: One-Handed and Shield (Front bar), Destruction Staff (Ice, Back bar).
Core Skills: Pierce Armor (Taunt), Hardened Armor (Shielding), and Unrelenting Grip (Chains).
Breton Templar (Main Healer):
Primary Weapons: Restoration Staff (Front), Lightning Staff (Back).
Core Skills: Breath of Life, Luminous Shards (Sustain), and Combat Prayer.
Khajiit Nightblade (Critical DPS):
Primary Weapons: Dual Wield (Daggers) and Bow (Back bar).
Core Skills: Killer's Blade (Execute), Surprise Attack, and Relentless Focus.

Server 2: European (EU) Roles
The EU roster explores "Hybrid" and "Support" variants to give you a different feel for the same classes.

Dark Elf Sorcerer (Stamina DPS):
Primary Weapons: Two-Handed (Greatsword) and Bow.
Core Skills: Critical Surge (Self-healing), Bound Armaments, and Stampede.
Imperial Dragonknight (Immortal Tank):
Primary Weapons: Double One-Handed and Shield bars for maximum block.
Core Skills: Green Dragon Blood (Self-heal), Obsidian Shield, and Igneous Battlemage.
Argonian Templar (Resilient Healer):
Primary Weapons: Restoration Staff (Front), One-Handed and Shield (Back bar for survivability).
Core Skills: Extended Ritual, Radiating Regeneration, and Restoring Focus.
Orc Dragonknight (Stamina DPS/Brawler):
Primary Weapons: Dual Wield (Axes) and Two-Handed (Back bar).
Core Skills: Venomous Claw, Noxious Breath, and Reverse Slice.

Would you like a suggested leveling order for these characters, or help choosing the best Mundus Stones for each server's unique builds?

OF COURSE

To efficiently manage 20 unique characters, you should focus on a Mundus Stone setup that complements each role's resource needs and follow a leveling order that prioritizes long-term efficiency across both servers.
Mundus Stone Selections
These choices are based on the most effective boons for each character's primary role.
Role Best Mundus Stone Primary Benefit
Magicka DPS The Thief Increases Critical Strike rating for higher raw damage.
Stamina DPS The Shadow Boosts Critical Damage/Healing, highly effective for high-crit classes like Nightblade.
Tank The Atronach Increases Magicka Recovery, essential for casting defensive buffs and self-heals.
Healer The Ritual Strengthens all outgoing healing effectiveness directly.
Solo/General The Lover Adds physical and spell penetration, ideal for questing solo.
Suggested Leveling Order (Efficiency Focus)
Since leveling multiple characters is time-intensive, use this sequence to maximize rewards:

Phase 1: The "Dailies" Setup (Levels 1–10)
Log in to every character daily for Mount Training at the stables. Speed and inventory space are the most important upgrades for 20 characters.
Unlock all Crafting Skill Lines and the Fighters, Mages, and Undaunted Guilds immediately to start passive progression.
Phase 2: The "Transmute" Grinders (Levels 10–50)
Prioritize one character from each server to reach Level 50 first. This establishes your Champion Points (CP), which will instantly apply to every other alt character on that same server.
Once a server has CP, rotate through your alts to complete the Daily Random Normal Dungeon. This grants a massive XP boost and 10 Transmute Stones per character once they reach Level 10.
Phase 3: The Thematic Master
Once your roster is established, focus on fully leveling characters that fit specific content. For example, use your Nord Warden Tank (EU) for learning new DLC dungeons and your High Elf Sorcerer (NA) for fast questing and farming.

Pro-Tip: Training Gear
For all 20 characters, obtain a set of Training Trait armor (like Hunding’s Rage for Stamina or Julianos for Magicka). This increases XP gained from kills by over 50%, significantly shortening the grind for every character.
Would you like a list of specific gear sets for each of these 20 character types to further refine your builds?

You know i would

But i'll stop here.

Anyone could feed an AI a short prompt and get a very long, low-quality answer that requires a lot of correcting to even be useful. Making this a type of spam.

Separate issue: Where do you think this model is getting its information? It cannot test builds, understand ESO's combat system, or determine which sources are effective builds, let alone up-to-date. It can't access the player experience of ESO and is biased towards outdated websites with good SEO. So it's just summarizing junk from 10 years ago—knowing what data the model does and doesn't have access to is crucial to using it productively.

If you used AI as one step in making your build, and you tested it and found that build to be effective in a way that other people don't know about, that would be helpful to post for others. Otherwise we'll get spammed by long, incorrect slop all day.

As it stands, you're better off starting from scratch, or at least starting with some input from knowledgeable players.

i dont think they put much detail info into their AI that help it pin point the newer sets and skills nor do i think they put much time into at all but thats just my thoughts i dont believe that the OP ever put how much time they put into doing this as i think it came as a surprise to even them that AI was getting some parts dead on while others are back dated sets and skills

Why use AI? Why not work it out for yourself rather than use a dodgy toxic ‘tech’ that is destroying the games you enjoy?

I know some ‘big’ players who post builds now use AI and it shows as they make no sense.

    As does your long post.

I was talking to gemini about eso on work when I'm bored a lot lately and what I learned is that it makes a lot of mistakes, especially when it comes to finding up to date info. Like it would suggest I have to login twice a day to take full advantage of hirelings or that jewelry platings are most luxury mats you can get. And the more you try to correct it the more mistakes it makes. Now that was their fast model but even their "thinking" model makes mistakes even though in much lesser amount.

Not to mention this creates a horrible feedback loop where AI will now read this post as information about ESO and regurgitate it back into search results for others.
There are so many times where AI will just take random incorrect nonsense typed on the forums and use that as its data.

Ai gives answers much like a child would. You have to have the proper interviewing skills to speak to it effectively. It answers question in order to please you rather than be factual and if you ask it what happened next i bet it would keep adding to the story the way a child does. My suspicion is that people who don't like ai or struggle with it might not be good with children but it's just a wack theory without much application - unles you try to use it to help you get the truth out of children?

    anyway

my biggest disappointment with the answer it gave me is that it very obv didnt say hey make 10 pvp one of each race on one server and 10 pve one of each race on the other. That would have been the simplest direct answer i think. Instead it wants to go whole hog on you and even lay out the build of each which is fascinating. i mean just going by rave and role and pvp vs pve you got 60 easy differing builds: 10 races 3 roles and 2 servers. And that's before you gear them up. AI missed that. and apparently it seems the people here did too? maybe.

meaning is meaningless in a post modern society such as ours. It means, apparently, whatever it means to you and that's valid even if it means something different to me or someone else. It's all things to all peoples in all times whomsoever chooses to give it a meaning. I mean, how can it go wrong?

Diversity of human perspective is not a time-bound phenomenon.
