My long-time ESO friend @fefvy was just hit with a permanent ban for no apparent reason. Today, he simply completed a dungeon and logged out; when he tried to return, he found his account disabled. He plays exclusively via GeForce Now, which completely rules out any malicious addon or third-party software issues.

We are talking about a veteran player with over 10,000 hours of playtime and nearly every achievement in the game. It is impossible to believe he would violate the Code of Conduct. To make matters worse, he is blocked from even opening a support ticket through the website. I was planning to return to ESO to try new battlepass system, but I won't be coming back until I see that your appeal and ban systems actually function fairly.
