is there a list somewhere of the hidden pre-requisites to obtaining furniture loot?

I know that we have to read some books in order to get book furnishings from certain treasure chest maps.

There is also a list of books we need to read in order for the book furnishings to drop from Infinite Archive.

Is there a list somewhere of all these books (and any other hidden pre-requisites)? I've had treasure chest maps in my inventory forever, but I can't figure out if I unlocked everything. Is there an addon perhaps? Or an official ESO page with a compiled list?

____________

I wish this wasn't part of the game.

Or the game gave us an optional setting to "lock" treasure chest maps that don't have a full loot table available. It would be a waste to use them if furnishings are not part of the loot table.
It would also give us peace of mind that we really did unlock everything so we can go ahead and use the treasure chest maps.

There are a lot of furnishings where players can blow a bunch of maps trying to get them... but they mistakenly thought they unlocked the hidden pre-requisites. Or many players who haven't heard about this since it is primarily learned about via word of mouth.

As it turns out @spantifical has compiled such list:

    https://www.spantifical.com/lootable-lorebooks

She also has publicly accessible houses with the entire collection of lorebooks to make player's live easier <3.

If you visit her 'library' and read the books there you will obtain the required eidetic memory that enables you to 'loot' them yourself from their various sources.

Thanks for the shoutout and enjoy the list!! Hope it helps.

And pardon the mess in my libraries....placing books is such a pain. They're sorted by source in alphabetical order. So left to right is Bastion Nymics, Clockwork City, Coldharbour, etc.

Also, we get 2 books a week for sale in Infinite Archive for 1,000 archival fortunes each. You still need to know the eidetic memory to buy them, but it's a great way to speed up collecting them all.

Any chance for a PC EU house that has this?

I have PC NA and PC EU houses. Just look for "Span's Guild Hall" in Home Tours. (Make sure you aren't under "recommended" houses.) Once at my guild hall, look for the greenhouse. That's the library. Though feel free to use any of the other amenities as well!

The game defaults you to "Recommended" houses. Be sure to choose "Browse Homes" instead. Then type in "spantifical" in the search bar. You should find "Span's Guild Hall" there.

    Hope that helps!

I also just edited the website to include a script you can use right in the in-game chat box to get there. Sadly, the formatting of the forums kept changing the script.

tyvm. after playing with the text you provided (spacing mainly) i was able to visit your library. i was surprised how many books i hadn't read. spreading the word.
You've had nature explained to you and you're bored with it, you've had the living body explained to you and you're bored with it, you've had the universe explained to you and you're bored with it, so now you want cheap thrills and, like, plenty of them....
