Monster Hunter Personality from Tomes needs this one "FIX"

This is such a small, niche request. But, can we get the Mesa Hunter Greatsword to be hidden when we have the Monster Hunter personality equipped. Then it would look like we just carry the swords that way.

I only use staves, and they clip too. This way I would't be forced to use one of those motives that are invisible when stowed.
I really like the way dual wield looks with it and that's a reason why I bought it. But you're right that the clipping is annoying on staffs. Maybe it could be given a toggle to hide weapons for each hand. It would be a cool thing to add to a lot of personalities with weapons tbh.
The Greatsword in particular would be cool though because we actually got the weapon and personality released at the same time and having this unique interaction between personalities and their weapons would be a pretty awesome way to add some variety to weapon stances in this game.Edited by spartaxoxo on 18 April 2026 19:321 -

✭✭Agree that it definitely could be improved but I think they said on last week of U49 PTS summary that they were welcoming feedback about it that they would use for future items, but that this one was sadly already done and gone. So I am not expecting them to fix this issue nor the orientation of the blade (which is weird too when Idle). But yeah, I would very much appreciate a surprising fix

✭✭✭✭✭honestly the easiest fix for such or other personalities that display a weapon would be to hide any other weapons on you while you have it equipped
OR
make weapons in general also hidable like other outfit slots...2 -

✭✭✭✭✭There are a lot of Polymorphs and costumes and outfit styles that include a "Hide Back Weapons" addendum. That means 2H, Bow, Staff, Shield, but NOT 1H weapons at the waist.
That's precisely what this personality needed. Heck, that's the exact suggestion I made several times on PTS.
(The best option would be for them to go back in and reconfigure personalities so that this one could properly use an equipped 2H as the prop instead of the default, but...)3 -
