Greetings.
There are many desk furnishings, but recent Furnishing Styles never got desks. Whilst they do have desk assets we can find in zones.
Those Furnishing Styles being:
High isle, rough and ornate.
Necrom.
Colovian, rustic and noble.
Dawnwood.
here are screenshots of the desks and their locations:
High isle
Gonfalon Bay in High isle.
Rough desk found in Furnishings of Finesse, the furniture store.
Ornate desk found in Cautious Coffer, the bank.
Necrom
Necrom in Telvanni Peninsula.
found in Final Rest Furnisings, the furniture store.
Colovian, rustic and noble
West Weald.
Rustic and Noble desks found in Rustwall Estate’s Barracks building.
Dawnwood
found in Vashabar in West Weald.
this could be a Clothing Station, if not a desk.

✭Tangential: apart from desks, we're missing a lot of set-furnishings from older zones. Just examples off the top of my head: Colovian Noble stools and hanging lanterns (it's odd that the "Hanging" one we got is actually a Sconce and should be in that section) among other things, and a lot of High Isle stuff (in particular, more craftable / gold-buyable pottery) would be wonderful.3
