Antiquity Lead drop rate/RNG

Been away for a few years and came back about a week ago and after looking around it seems to be a problem that has been going on for a few years but I've been trying to collect all the antiquity codex entries. Obviously this requires getting all 3 codex entries for some of them. I've been farming the lead for the Cat's Eye Prism and I've wpent the last 3 days, for 2 hour sessions (so around 6 hours spent farming so far) running around Kenarthi's Roost harvesting rune nodes and Psijic portals with not a single lead drop.

I know it's a legendary lead/furnishing but the drop rate is so low it seems like it's bugged.

Totally understandable to feel like that.

But probably it's just RNG and you have bad luck.

I farmed almost 20 hours Psijic Portals in Northern Elsweyr for a certain antiquity lead before it finally dropped for the first time.

Yeah it's rough. I have always been frowned upon by the RNG gods as well hahaha

I'll keep at it though because the feeling when you do finally get it is absolutely worth it and I want the achievement.

The grind for the monster trophies was REAL, seems this will be the same!
