Why is my ESO plus not renewing on my PS5?

I’ve sent off multiple tickets now including screenshots as proof of purchase one of my tickets was closed down with no repsonse….My membership is paid until the 10th of next month what is going on?

Same thing with me, I paid for a 12 month and I'm supposed to have ESO Plus until 04/11/2027 and I have none of the benefits or crowns. It's hard to play especially with no inventory space.... I'm a horder and it's hard to keep things I need with no space lol. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon. It's been 3 days for me with no response to my ticket yet.
