Missing mats from craft bag

Hello, I submitted a bug report for this in the game, and also replied to the automated email. But I need some assistance on this quickly. Yesterday I noticed that my ancestor silk and most of my platinum ounces in my craft bag have vanished. I have been playing on PC/NA for over five years and have amassed tens of thousands of all the basic mats in my bag, and still have the leather, rubedite, and ruby ash. But my ancestor silk is gone. I have no idea what happened to it. And today it has been extremely frustrating not to be able to do any writs or craft light armor. Please check on this as soon as possible, thank you.
