Ban/Suspension for NO Reason

I received a ban/suspension with no notice, no email, no communication. I put a ticket in and called customer serv ice. Customer service did call me back but stated the reason I haven't received notification is because the email is a bad one. I thought I changed that email to my current one, but apparently not. Then I got another suspension within hours of the other again with no notice. They STILL haven't got back to me about what offense I committed . I put a ticket in and asked for the recovery of money spent on Plus, they never addressed that issue, but had to check if the account I was referring to was different than the one I made the ticket about. Whaaat? I made that inquiry on from my account after signing in. So how could they have assumed I was using a different account? They NEVER answered that question. And they never offered to address my request for the return of money. Finally got a response from my original ticket and they gave me the reason for the ban, but it's a general label with no evidence, no precise action on my part of what I did. So, what, in what ways did make an offense? If I want to recover that account the notice stated I'd have to go to the recovery page. I did. I filed another ticket. Now, they've closed that ticket stating it's a duplicate. This has been almost a month with no resolution, but I keep getting the run around, so there's that. Any help in understanding what's going on would be helpful.

    Receiving information from the support site can be challenging. Hope you get this resolved.

    Don't keep opening new tickets, that can cause a LOT of issues.

    Post your most current ticket number and tag Kevin or one of the other community folks.

    Welcome to the club mate. It's common to not receive an email for these, the system is that bad actually, no matter what they are saying. If you can still access your account via web you can enter their support site on help.elderscrollsonline.com and check there. The ticket of the person who reported you will be somewhere on that site, look around. If you can't access that, tough luck, you got banned. Also, submitting an appeal if you are not banned is a waste of time, resolving those usually takes more time than the suspension itself. GL

    OP - is there a phone number listed for customer service somewhere?

    There was an issue I'd also like to discuss with them live as the online system leaves much disappointment.

    I did not know live conversations were an option.
