Claim 99 Daily Logins in 97 Days

Mine is now stuck on 2/99 and can't claim todays. I logged in reset which is 6pm for me. Nothing. Closed down the game and relogged in a 10.30 pm, still nothing. Just logged in now a 5.50am, still no claim.

Guess this is really broken.

Chiming in here - I've logged in every day since Season Zero started and I haven't gotten any unlocked and haven't been able to claim any. No issue with any of the other tome point activities.

Edit: I was NOT logged in when the season started.

The daily login reward of 15 tome has never worked for me either. It does not react to mouse-over or mouse click. It's just dead.

Until they fix the bug, you will only get credit for the Daily login in reward if you are not actively logged in at the Daily Reset Time. As it is now, the game doesn't properly trigger the login reward if you are online at the Daily Reset and any re-attempts that day won't correct the issue as only your first playtime of the day can trigger it.

If the Daily Reset Time is during your normal playtime hours, I recommend setting an alarm to warn you to log out a couple minutes before Reset occurs (ie 23:59 HST for me), and then you can log back in after Reset occurs (ie 00:01 HST for me).

This workaround has been successful for me these last 2 days after missing out on the first 2 days because I was still playing when the Daily Reset occurred.

Pc eu- posting for someone else, who managed to get two, but been on more days than that. Because of time zone, usually on when it rolls over (3 in the afternoon). Didn't get it yesterday.

My GT is Spoooky Sensor and my wife's is MrsSpookySensor on the Xbox NA server. I never recieved my credit for initial login neither did my wife. I submitted a ticket for this and this was their response:

We are aware of an issue where players who are logged in during the Season change will not be able to claim the first Daily Login reward. You will still be able to finish the tome, you are not required to log in every day to finish.

We are looking to resolve this for future season, though it may not be fixed in time for Season One. If you would like to be notified when more information is available, log into the help website and select "Subscribe to Article" on this page.

@icyIC NA PC - I've been unable to claim any of the 99 login days - no issue with any other the others

EDIT!!! Except for today! It seems to be related to if you are logged in during reset. I've been logged in during reset every day so far except last night, and this morning when I logged in I was able to claim the daily.

A couple of guildies of mine report the same: if they are logged in at reset, they cannot get the daily login credit for that day.

Deanathrae account is not working on PC-EU (4/99) or on PC-NA (3/99)

Honnete532 is working on PC-EU, 5/99, but not working on PC-NA, 2/99.

Both accounts have logged in daily on both platforms.

Losing 1 or 2 days is irrelevant since we are talking of a really small amount that will not make any difference but if the problem persist it can really be an issue.

For some reason it skipped the first day for me but is working correctly now so i guess i can be content with it.

Have only managed to claim one day even though I've logged in every day. This is going to be a problem for many Oceanic players as we're often logged on and playing during reset because it's prime play time for us and many guilds are running events! 15 tomes isn't much for missing one day but it adds up to 1,455 if we miss them all.

Mine is @Fab_Lewis on PC/NA. The issue seems to be related to if you're logged in during the reset. I've have claimed a few, but only when I logged in after the reset. I also tried just being on the character selection screen at the reset, but this still didn't let me claim the reward. It seems you have to be completely logged out when the day resets for it to work.

Then why is there a box recording the total number and IT has an award after the total number is reached???

The Daily on the Right already shows getting 15 per day. There is literally No reason to have a box for completing ALL the logins on the Left if it does not Mean anything. And 99 x15 does not equal 1500 either.

And, as an aside, having a large reward such as 1500 when you need 99 consecutive days to obtain it is just horrendous. One miss for Anything that kept you from logging in and you lose the whole bonus. Not to mention when you DO log in and it does not register.
They are also telling New players : Here is a goal that is Not attainable for you during this Season. You must wait until next Season to have the chance for Perfect Attendance bonus.

What language are you playing? I know there are incorrect translations at least in russian.
Seasonal task for 1500 points is to earn 50 event boxes, though in russian it is written to get 50 daily rewards.
Real daily login task rewards 15 points for each day separately.

(1000 points task also has wrong translation, and at least one of weekly tasks has no translation at all and wrong tooltip)
