Request for update - Ticket unassigned since 27th
Hi Zos,
I think I got a social restriction applied to my account (presumably from mass-mailing lots of sorted master writs to my alt accounts) on Friday evening.
I raised a support ticket (260327-003480) via in game help under the category "I can't speak to NPC" etc. The ticket was generated with the title 'The Elder Scrolls Online - I am muted' but the autoresponse is as if I've raised a ticket for a lost item:

I replied to the autoupdate stating as such at 12:24 AM - 3/28/2026 but I've heard nothing since and the incident remains unassigned.
Any chance someone could have a look into this for me?
