Add-On bug?

This first appeared about two or three weeks ago. Guildies have suggested that it may be related to an add-on. Honestly... I have no idea, but it is annoying. And I do have a lot of add-ons running.
Has anyone ever seen this that might know which add-on is causing this?

    You can turn all addons off and see if bug gone or not, so you will be at least sure it is addon thing. Then you can try to disable them one by one, but it can take time. Start with the most related to scribing, I guess :)

    Yeah, it would take forever to go through each add-on. And I don't have any related to scribing. I was hoping that someone might know.

    One of the easiest ways to do a search like this is called a "binary search", and it will cut down the time required to see what addon is causing the issue by alot.
    Just start off by turning off half your addons. If the issue is still present then you know the half that you have still enabled contains the problematic addon. If not, it was one of the half you turned off. You then repeat by turning off everything and turning on only half the addons of the problematic group and testing again. then you keep repeating until you narrow it down to a few potential addons and then test 1 by 1.


    As an example, imagine you have 8 addons loaded: [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8].
    you disable 1-4, and the bug is still present.
    you then disable 5-6 and the bug is gone
    you then re-enable 5, and disable 7-8. Bug is gone.
    Problematic addon is 6.

    (this wont work for every issue, such as if there is an addon conflict, but it will help for most situations where you need to isolate which addon is causing an issue fast)

    That's not an addon, it's part of the U49 UI bug happening when tabbing out during a loading screen, you can join the club here :

    This has been driving me crazy for quite a while, and it's really annoying. I haven't started going through my add-ons as of yet. I am thankful you pointed this out to keep me from losing what's left of my sanity.
    I will just wait a bit and see if ZoS get's around to fixing it.
