Quest Name: Will of the council
Bug: after defeating aelif the quest ask you to teleport to the forge, once you take the portal the quest update to retake the portal to the halls of submission. and it gets repeated endlessly.

teleporting to a diffirent place doesnt work. and taking the entrance portal also doesnt work. the quest keeps repeating it self.
