As a Solo casual player I was hoping that they were going to add a easy, normal, and Veteran modes. I wounder what the player base was hoping to see when Overload Difficulty was announced?

my understanding of the new difficulty options basically just increase enemy dmg output so you can take significantly more dmg from enemies
i dont know full details since i dont have pts installed thoughplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

They basically did what you're asking, but with different names.
Current = easy
One above that = normal
One above that = hard
Vestige = very hard
