[Feature Req] 'You are Here' Map Ping

It would be helpful if, when viewing the larger map, you could press a button and it would put a ping on your character to show you where you are.

✭You can hit R to do this. (on PC, Idk on console.)
Maybe you're asking for something more?
Related, is also a map ping feature where you can hit ALT+click (IIRC, or whatever you have bound) to send a red ping of the location to group.
P.S. Map improvements are still sorely needed, anyway.
Especially the stupid UX: Journal > Quest > Show on Map > and it shows you the town door instead of the WB, delve, etc. T_T
