Glyphs with permanent weapon glow.

I've been making glyphs and have now reach legendary vet 3 (haven't been able to apply my legendary vet 3 lightning glyph yet). I don't think I've found any that have had a permanent glow effect on my weapon when it is sheathed. Are there any in this game? It would be nice.
