When gaming at 5760x3260, the cursor is literally half of the size of a grain of rice, representing a huge accessibility issue that needs a dedicated option slides in the interface menus.

Nope. This has been a longstanding issue for high-res players on PC.-First-Wave Closed Beta Tester of the Psijic Order, aka the 0.016 percent.
