personally i really wish there were more sources of minor toughness rather than JUST the green balance line and warrior poets since the green balance line SUCKS hardcore and taking it JUST for one singular passive feels super bad while meanwhile giving up an entire 5 piece set for it is also too *** with if it was on a monster set than MAYBE and more realistically, it should just be added as a focus script if you ask me like all the other minor buffs and debuffs to make it easier for tanks to access.
