Has anyone else noticed that between very few to no tutorials being posted since project vitality left after U35?
Project Vitality even gave ZOS the courtesy of posting an extensive explanation as to what needed to change with U35 and how U35 would hurt the game in probably irreparable ways. Looks like they were right.
I don't think ZOS realizes or cares how much they rely on content creators to keep ESO lively. Many of the best features for ESO can only be gotten via an add on even. So running off these players has had a very significant impact on the game.

Dungeon tutorials I feel have been decreasing in quality and I think the way endgame feels right now might be directly related to loss of theorycrafters and leads. Knowledge trickles down from even fewer people, thus less builds. Less interesting but viable builds & less leads willing to take off-meta, staler, more stressful endgame.
