The first Bosmer house released since the housing system was introduced! And it's genuinely beautiful!
I hope we get more Bosmer homes beyond this. The pods are... Not many people's ideal home for their Bosmeri characters.

The renovation of the tower was my first and main plan for the property.
Now it just needs to be furnished with a few more pieces of furniture.

Sorry but there are 192 furnishings included...... 24 of which are Conservatory, 17 are Courtyard and 17 are Structures, no way are "(half of which are outside plants and such)"
The largest category is Lighting of which there are 46 items and all of those are quite common, easily crafted items,19 Colovian Sconce, Wall, is a bit excessive to my mind!

Is it too late to get this house? Can someone please break down how to get it?
Thanks!
This house can be acquired by purchasing the Diminutive Runed Archway, Heavy Philosophical Tomes, Lawkeeper's Lectern, Stained Glass Fragment, and Thaumaturgic Paving Stone, and combining them with the Stonewisp of Truth and Law pet to turn it into the Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos.
