@ZOS_Kevin This is also been reported by my guild members that the crown store isn't working as intended. We can't purchase the crowns on sale and the Plus deals still charge full price.

PS5 EU & NA is displaying the announcement but no change in price.

KeekalakookooSoul ShrivenOn PC/EU, when you double click on the Enchanted Snow Globe to buy it, you get a 'You're about to fast travel to ... While inside the house, press F5 to view purchase options.' prompt.
When you agree and open the purchase options within the house, it still says it costs 4200 crowns, even though the price should be 3360 for ESO+ members. It's the same with Pariah's Pinnacle - when you're in the house, it says it costs the old price.3 -

Don't have a video but for more information, when you go to purchase something it only shows full price rather than the offer one. It does seem to only take the offer amount when you complete it thoPS4 EU0 -

Playstation Console was not letting me screenshot the store (Figured i'd try lol), but if you check playstation's website it'll show prices and deals as well. Should reflect the same prices and deals on the console as far as i know.

AbraKDabbler✭✭I wish I saw this forum post earlier! I saw the Crown Pack Sale pop up when I signed in, and bought 3 packs (5500, 3000, and 1500) before I noticed that the sale price wasn't applied. Sony CS couldn't help me, so I submitted a ticket with ESO and sent a screenshot.
I don't mind if I get PS store credit, a refund, or just an equivalent amount of additional crowns credited to my account to make up for the price difference. I just wouldn't have bought it full price. I always wait for the crown sales!

Grendalism✭✭✭It would be good to get a clea4 statement about what is happening with regards to those of us (like AbraKDabbler) saw the announcement and bought crown packs only to find the discount had not been applied.
Will this ‘honour’ the discount and an additional amount of crowns will be credited?
…or something else?

I am trying to buy the Enchanted Snow Globe home on the NA Server (PS4) but it is not reflecting the Plus price promised in the Store. I was able to purchase it at the offer price on the EU PS4 Server, however.
Please remedy this. Thank you @ZOS_Kevin

As the advert/announce banner (so, ‘as advertised’) has had this for last 5 days, but this has been bugged/not honoured yet,I am hoping that @ZOS_Kevin etc will(hopefully) make a clarification statement about crowns purchased between 18-22nd Dec and what will be done for those that had purchased at full price despite being announced as discounted.Building stuff on EU-PS4 since 20150 -

ZOS_KevinCommunity ManagerJust wanted to follow up on what @TruthSeeker noted about the Enchanted Snow Globe home. The ESO+ Deal is active. However, there is an issue if you are actively viewing the home where the deal is not active. This is an error and the team is aware of the issue. You should be able to purchase the home for the deal price in the Crown Store.

Customer service added 8,400 crowns (21,000 x 0.4) to my account per 21k pack purchased during the discount announcement but prior to discount being applied.
