✭to update this, now both guild names look exactly alike , and looks like they got changed to the troll name (BIAES) instead of the real guild nane, BLADES. Not sure what happened with customer support, and I didn't look to see what was being sold in each store. @ZOS_Kevin@Djennku, PCNA.

I don't know what you're talking about. Nothing has changed with either guild. The real guild is still "Savage Blade" (with a lower case "L" in "BLADE"); the imposter is still "Savage BIade" (with an upper case "i" in "BIADE"), so they appear exactly identical. Guild tabards are exactly identical.
Apparently something was done to the accounts, however, as there is no longer anything posted for sale in the imposter guild. It's not entirely a good enough solution, but hopefully it means that this will stop, and not continue to be problem next week.

✭I'm trying to understand what would be the point of this? The only thing I can think of is in player recruitment. When searching for a guild, you see what you think is a well known guild, you see their trader spot and then apply to join. It will soon become obvious to that player that this is not the guild you thought it was and will then leave. So again, what is the point? I was just in vivec city before I posted this and both guilds had the same name, completely identical, vs the other day when there was an obvious difference. That was the exact reason for posting here on the Forum. ZOS Customer Support kept replying to say that there was no violation, and we wanted to ensure that it got escalated to a senior policymaker who could decide whether the behaviour was against TOS or not.
@ZOS_Kevin has replied to state that it is, so at this point it doesn't matter what any of us players believe. I have a better solution which is changing the default font with a more serif variant. So; people wouldn't mix up minuscule "L"s with majuscule "i"s. It might even give people more Morrowind-esque or Oblivion-esque feeling.
