One tip, do not open/complete leads for mythics or items you are not farming. There are so many in IA that you need to do this to eliminate them from the pool.

Pretty sure the lead drops are not curated at all, so it wouldn't matter whether you kept them or not. If you roll a duplicate of a lead you already have, it simply replaces it (so the timer gets reset).

If you get a lead for Fortunes in IA and don't open it, you have eliminated the chance of another Fortunes lead dropping as they do not drop multiple identical leads. The more of those types of leads you can eliminate in the zone you are farming, the better chance you have of getting the lead you are looking for. Obviously leads from outside the zone you are in do not matter
