Boat Mounts

Now that we have the ability to mount in water, let us get a boat mount. We can carry it on our backs on land and toss it in the water and paddle it in water.

All kidding aside, if you really ant water based mounts go play the MMO Rift. In that MMO some mounts are automatically amphibious and the ones that aren't can be made so. Plus Rift has LOTS of underwater content/ combat. Rift even has a mount that IS a boat.
Rift is a dead MMO completely abandoned by it's devs in 2018 but recently it's population has picked up a little life. Maybe it's because it's annual Xmas event just started? /shrug0 -

Small as it was, Everquest had boats back in the day. Both boats that sailed from continent to continent and also little canoes you could just use across ponds if you found them. It was such a small touch but so nice. It's little things like that that ESO lacks. It's the character it needs as well.0
