I know this is far from priority right now, but anyway, a very old request:
Please let flying pets sit!
I logged into PTS and absolutely LOVE my Eyebright Raven! Thank you! But it would be great if he (and other flapping pets, like Sorc Twilights) could sit down, similar to illusion dragons. These sitting animations are already in the game and would be a real QOL feature for players: the flapping gets in the way of the camera and becomes irritating, even more when there's many pets in one area like a bank. If I'm standing still, arguably my pet should be sitting most of the time.
I know it's just a 3D model, but it kinda makes me feel bad for them to see them flapping so hard all the time

Also in housing. I wish he could sit next to Peddler and Baron instead of flapping for his dear life, ad infinitum.

It would be awesome if pets interacted with your character when idle. Eg a smaller flying pet - like the Raven - sits on your shoulder.
You pat your pet, play with them. Etc.
Crown Crates are a trap. Don't fall for the gamble! Balance? What Balance? Balance, smellance.

It's a normal non-combat pet.
I think shoulder-sitting may not happen; it'd be harder to do than sitting on the ground/nearby surface idles that are already in the game. Surface sitting would be a huge QOL improvement for (AFAIK) relatively little work.
Simple petting and other animations would be awesome and worthwhile though.0 -

ReeceLavellan✭✭✭I now own about 5 beautiful bird pets that I would love to have in my homes. I'm making a harry potter build and being able to put the snowy owl on a perch would be perfect for it. Alas this is currently impossible due to them CONSTANTLY FLAPPING! Their poor wings always going. Its not a hummingbird ZOS, they don't need to fly forever!
