Worm Cult plan drops since last incremental patch

Has anyone else found new worm cult plan drops to be non-existent since the last incremental patch?
I farmed enough since that I'd typically have had 10 or so plans drop but have had zero. Spoke to a couple of others who farmed a lot and reported the same.
This is either a bug in the loot tables or a massive massive nerf? PSEU.

Not a brag. Just acknowledging that they still drop normally at my end.

Oh I have terrible luck with farming those, gave up months ago. Maybe I’ll give it a try again, thanks.
