Nirnhoned gives 253
Reinforced increases the armor for the piece by 16% so, it's better for most pieces with high armor values but can be worse for pieces with low armor values.

I saw many DPS people regardless CP amount who keep standing poison field.
I couldn't healing because of this, so I abandoned them. Then, combat become
solo healer fighting... So stupid.
