I clicked on the Dev button on this thread expecting it to be an update, only to see just another bad moderator choice and silence on the issue.

A "possible bug report" is equally a possible General Discussion, particularly when there's no response from ZOS. But General Discussion isn't where threads go to die.

It's kind of funny they never commented on this issue despite it being reported for weeks and it being obviously bugged. It's at the end of the event and people are still missing them.

The camps stay after the event. Maybe one day they will show up

I’m still seeing multiples of the same boss at one siege camp, that shouldn’t be right.

The boss spawn is an RNG of current inactive bosses. So if you kill one boss, then move to the next soul flayer, that boss will be back in the pool.

I was looking through my achievements yesterday and noticed I'm only missing Watcher Zvarbin and Scamp Champion Doov also. I've been participating in siege camps for all 3 phases. Maybe they spawn in the upper 2 siege camps more often. I may be doing more in the lower 3 camps. PC/NA

This is true. I've seen it happen multiple times during the event. The first time, I was fighting Death Hound Wrex by myself. At the next soul reaper over, a small group of players were fighting what I thought was an ordinary death doggo, and I wondered why it was taking them so long to kill it so they could come help me. Then, as I was changing position, I saw the nameplate and realized we were fighting two different Wrexes at the same camp at the time. Some of those nastier Daedra have learned the art of bilocation. We should all be very afraid.
