Can we tone down on the pinned threads/posts

21 out of 50 front page posts are pinned at the top, some of which are almost a year old.
There is no need for half of the screen to be pinned threads, even worse on mobile.
At best maybe 5 posts, 10 max. When everything is pinned, nothing is.

ZOS_KevinCommunity ManagerThreads have been cleaned. We had quite a few related to release of U48 and Writhing Wall, so we needed to get past those before a clean up.
