I looked at the skills to see the difference and it will push Pragmatic Fatecarver by 4%. Here are some screenshoots with the amulet on.8itm1lzq2m46.png

not sure if it actually shows on the tooltip, since velothi stipulates the target has to be a monster to get that 15% bonus (so it doesnt work in pvp)

it likely doesnt do its dmg calculation until your actually applying dmg to a target

that 127 dmg difference could be due to some other factor like enchantments/traits

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

The damage % is applied at hit. The difference you are seeing on the skill is from the enchant you have on Velothi.

Edit: Coefficients for PF are 0.039099 MaxStat + 0.41054 MaxPower

The difference is therefore 309 WD/SD. if you have a WD/SD enchant on the amulet that will account for most of it. That is then affected by any skills (active or passive) that you have such as Slayer in Fighters Guild.

Look at your WD/SD with and without it on.
